Thanksgiving dinner!

We had all organic.... Tomato soup, multi grain rolls, Turkey, Cranberry sauce, wonderful mashed then piped and roasted potatoes, squash with nutmeg and brown sugar, dressing with sage ( next time I will cook up onions, celery and some cranberries along with the sage), delicous gravy, peas and corn, gingered ( and caramelised ) pumpkin pie and rustic cranberry and apple tart. :D
