Bangers and mash and beans!

Mmmmmm!!

For Lunch we went to La Paz ( which Jack calls "Pink" ) and had tacos, rice and beans etc! It was yummy as always! :D

Jumbo shrimp and broccoli rice!

Rice in the rice cooker, chopped up some steamed broc really small and mixed it in. It needs something like salsa or something but Jessie and Jack both liked it the way it was. I cooked up some enormous Jumbo Shrimp from KPMG ( Omaha Steaks ) and sauted them with butter, pepper and lemon juice. They were good too but needed more flavoring. Kids DEVOURED them.

I'm going to make bean soup from the chilli we had last night! :D Quick and easy! :D

No idea as yet! :D

It's 5pm and I've no idea what's for dinner tonight! :D I stink! :D

Home made egg fried rice... with mixed in veggies!

Tuna, Broccoli and pasta casserole

a family fave! Jack ate his way through about 12 satsumas though, so he didn't eat so much pasta! :D
