Roast chicken and Broccoli and cheese.

Rex brought home some Roast Chicken and I made up some broccoli and cheese. It wasn't bad though the chicken was a little blah!!!

Sausage casserole with mashed potatoes and spinach!

I LOVE sausage casserole it's one of my faves and so easy! :D I made mashed potatoes but Jessie, who usually hates them, decided she wanted hers to be purple! She was wearing a purple wizard costume and I actually got the taters to match! :D
