So much good food lately! :D

We have had so many lovely dinners I must write some down before I forget! :D

Last night we had Panera Bread style Broccoli Cheese Soup. It was a little too rich for me, next time not so much Half and Half and more milk instead! : D

Night before that we had Spaghetti Squash with Italian sauce and home made rice pudding.

We've had Butternut Squash Pie, Pumpkin bread, Pumpkin and black bean soup, Spinach and Rice casserole, Broccoli and French Onion casserole.... ( Broccoli, cheese sauce, 2/3 C of french onions... mix, top with french onions for last 5 mins... delicious! :D)

Tonight we are having baked sweet potatoes with Broccoli Cheese Sauce! :D LOL~ I LOVE knowing what's for dinner! ;D

Vegan lovelies! :D

I have to start with this blog again as I keep forgetting what we eat and am fresh out of ideas all the time! :D

We had spaghetti squash the other night served with Organic Bertoli sauce ( Olive oil, garlic and tomato maybe? ) hubby said some mushrooms and onions in the sauce would have been delicious! He is RIGHT! :D

Tonight we had potatoes with morningstar crumbles, some of the above sauce, some olive oil, peas and corn. It was very tasty! :D Jessie loved it, Jack did not. He's suspicious of the crumbles every time! :D

Noodles, Baked Tofu and Sweetcorn!

Rex got us some vegan Chinese noodles and baked savoury tofu from the Co~op and it was really very tasty. We weren't sure we'd like the tofu, but I cut it into small pieces and Jessie wouldn't stop eating it!! It tasted a bit like Chicken to me and Ham to her! ;D

Gone Vegan!

These days we are Vegan at our house, though Rex is slower to join us, he said he'd like to go Vegan in July! :D Yeahy! :D Right now he still eats meat, but is coming around to our way of thinking, with no pressure from me I have to say. I think it helps that the cook book I use is so awesome, it makes Vegan food really delicious and you certainly don't feel like you are missing anything!

And it was GOOD! :D Rex asked who was coming over for dinner. Oh hardee hah hah...!!

With shrimp and chicken sausages... and veggies and such and such..! :D It was deeeelicious! : D

A lovely chopped lettuce, celery, red pepper, tomato, egg, cheese and cranberries salad with Dorothy Lynch dressing!! LoveLY!! :D
