Super Skillet meal!

And it was sooooo good! :D

I cut up potatoes into small pieces ( diced ish! ) then cooked them in the huge skillet in some olive oil for a while ( stir a lot ) then chopped up an onion ( red ) into large chunks same with a green bell pepper. I also chopped up some scallions. I added a couple of eggs, some salsa and some cheese. Tons of Salt and Pepper and some cumin. After a while on the stove, I put it in a hot oven for a while then turned it down and let it sit there... ( Rex was coming home late in the snow!! ) With some HP or ketchup it was DELICIOUS!!! I LOVED it!! I really REALLY enjoyed eating it!! :D
