Fruity Sweet potatoes

Hmmm.... only I think I used a Yam instead!! 'D It was quite tasty. Jessie and Jack ate it .. Jessie didn't like the baked apples but had seconds of the potatoes! I'm stunned !:D I got the recipe out of the cook book I bought Jessie from Aunt Patty's Attic! :D
