I decided to use up the Ratatouille stuff and left over mashed potato to make soup. I cooked up a whole pack of nitrate free bacon to serve with it, but it cooked up to nothing at all..sooo much fat in it... yuck...!! Anyway, I made up the soup which was really pretty tasty ( I added a can of tomatoes to the roasted veggies ) ( all organic ) but it took some work to get the kids to eat it. They did in the end...
I loved it! :D
